Navalha Barbearia, Lda. (demonstração) is responsible for the personal data you give us when booking.

What we keep and why

Your name, mobile number, optional email and any note you write, so that we can manage your appointment, confirm it and remind you. Payment details are handled by our payment provider (ifthenpay); we never see your card or bank details.

How long

We keep booking records while you are a client. Contact details of people who haven't booked for 24 months are deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to ola@navalha.example. You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

Our website is run by Reservo, which processes this data on our behalf and stores it in the European Union.
